Learn to make this simple balm in a hands-on class, where we will review uses and benefits of each ingredient. Then, we will roll up our sleeves to learn the kitchen-witching magick of salve making. Learn tricks of the trade and leave with a jar of hand-made herbal goodness that is sure to sooth, protect, and heal for many moons to come.

Bonnie Rose Weaver is a clinical herbalist, medicinal landscaper, and lifelong San Franciscan. She is an urban farmer, medicine maker, outdoor educator, and the author of Deeply Rooted: Medicinal Plant Cultivation in Techtropolis. She has studied the use and cultivation of medicinal plants at The Blue Otter School of Herbal Medicine, The Chinese Medicinal Herb Farm, and Herb Pharm.  She is an artist of watercolor and clay.
