Join The Ruby Fermenters Club to make kimchi together! We'll divvy up the ingredients (cabbage, scallions, ginger, garlic), potluck style, then prepare the ingredients and make the kimchi as a group. BYO clean jars to bring your kimchi home in. Please register by Oct. 23 so we can plan accordingly!
