Ruby Fermentation Club: Mustard!

Join us to make fermented mustard! Making your own condiments is rewarding (think fresh, bright flavors) and easier than you’d think. This basic recipe produces two half pint jars of mustard that you can individually customize to your taste, and is full of probiotics.

​You will need:

  • ​2 pint jars

  • ​A blender or food processor at  home to use in 5-10 days after our gathering (for Ruby members, we have a blender at The Ruby you can use!)

​We will provide all the other materials for your mustard!
