​Hello Ruby Fermenters!

​We're back with our annual Kimjang! If you know you will be attending, please RSVP sooner rather than later so we can plan well in advance! 

​The recipes for both versions of Kimchi (traditional and vegan) are here. There will be a $10 per person materials fee to cover ingredients. Please remember to bring your own jars/crocks!

​Looking forward to this community Kimchi making session on Thursday, January 15th!

MPORTANT NOTE: This event will take place at The Ruby in San Francisco's Mission District. The Ruby is a community of transfeminine, nonbinary, and women-identified people, and for the safety of its members the address is not public. Please do not share this address with anyone who is not attending the event.

​Health & Safety: To be inclusive of our immunocompromised and caregiver community members, all who join us are expected to have had the most recent COVID vaccine series or be willing to wear a mask throughout their time in our space.

​Accessibility: The entrance to this event is at street-level with no stairs leading into or out of the venue. We have a gender-neutral, ADA-accessible restroom on-site. Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs we can be aware of to help you feel comfortable and welcome in our space.

​Getting Here & Parking: We're a few short blocks from 16th Street BART. Public transportation is encouraged.
