Rent The Ruby

We love to rent The Ruby to likeminded individuals and organizations on available weeknights and weekends. Our focus is on intimate gatherings, and our maximum capacity is 49 people. Any food must be prepared off site, in a commercial kitchen, and transported to our venue. A note about accessibility: There is a set of stairs leading to The Ruby; we have staff available to help if you require assistance. Email staff@therubysf.com with any questions!

OUR RATES ARE:
Monday through Thursday, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.

  • $300/evening for members & nonprofits (OR HOURLY $100)

  • $600/evening for nonmembers (OR HOURLY $200)


Friday, 7 to 11 p.m.

  • $300/evening for members & nonprofits (OR HOURLY $100)

  • $600/evening for nonmembers (OR HOURLY $200)

Saturday & Sunday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

  • $1,000/day for members & nonprofits (OR HOURLY $100, minimum 3 hours)

  • $1,500/day for nonmembers (OR HOURLY $200, minimum 3 hours)

CLEANING FEE: For rentals expecting over 18 people, there is a cleaning fee of $170.  For full-day rentals, there is a cleaning fee of $220. 
All events must be approved and in line with The Ruby’s values.
