In this workshop, you'll get to:
Learn about different oyster species and varieties
Taste two different types of oysters (4 pieces total) with two beverage pairings
Get a primer on how to shuck an oyster
Learn the basics of buying, storing, and tasting oysters
Additional oysters can be purchased for $2.50/pc after the event.
